Waiting for hunger

For this diet to work, I have notice that I need to wait for hunger then eat what I want, no special diet just adding foods that satisfy the hunger and what I really want to satisfy my appetite. My normal eating pattern is to eat as soon as I wake up for breakfast eat whether I am hungry or not.  Then eat lunch at 12:00 because its lunch time all across America and  by dinner time I am usually starving and I run into the house after a stressful day at work and eat non stop until its bedtime.  By adding a satisfying food like oatmeal or raisin bran as a snack before dinner, I actually cut the appetite down so that I can concentrate on eating a little healthier.  It just makes me make better choices about food.
