I was taking the product Skinny Fiber
and was told that the fiber would
blow up 50 times in my stomach but it really didn't fill me up as much as I though it would. I think it will work over a period of time but I am ready to lose weight now. That's when I thought about how
oatmeal makes me full and maybe it would work like this Skinny Fiber is suppose to. I tried it and lost a few pound after a couple days. One half cup was all it took to get that satisfying appetite I think Skinny Fiber is a good tool for those who want to lose a few pounds over a period of time, but for me I need something that will make me fuller quicker and the oatmeal looks like it may fit the bill.
