Waiting for hunger

For this diet to work, I have notice that I need to wait for hunger then eat what I want, no special diet just adding foods that satisfy the hunger and what I really want to satisfy my appetite. My normal eating pattern is to eat as soon as I wake up for breakfast eat whether I am hungry or not.  Then eat lunch at 12:00 because its lunch time all across America and  by dinner time I am usually starving and I run into the house after a stressful day at work and eat non stop until its bedtime.  By adding a satisfying food like oatmeal or raisin bran as a snack before dinner, I actually cut the appetite down so that I can concentrate on eating a little healthier.  It just makes me make better choices about food.

How to lose weight

I stumbled on a way to eat what I like and lose weight. I've tried to loose weight in the past and found myself losing 10 pounds and gaining 20. I dieted myself right up to 342 pounds.  Today I weigh  316 pounds and I got there by eating what I want.  I also lowered my blood pressure and no longer have  hypo -hypothyroidism.  When I started to eat what I really wanted  I guess my metabolism started to work like it is suppose to. I waited until I was hungry and just ate smaller portions. I went to my doctor and she said I no longer need to take thyroid pills.  At first I was disappointed because the pills gave me energy and I was afraid I would get that tired feeling I used to have.  She prescribed one more month and said she would no longer fill the prescription. 
When I waited for hunger then ate I got energy like I haven felt in a long time.  It feels great.  What I discovered is, that if I eat what I desire and do not allow myself to eat till I'm stuffed the weight just comes off. I love fating foods and realize I can't eat them all the time but small portions help to satisfy my cravings as well as my hunger .   Traditional dieting have made me fat and  I just can't live by eating foods I don't really like.  I do not like carrots unless they are dipped in a mound of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing.  Don't get me wrong I don't just eat fating foods but if I do I usually only eat a small portion.  What I have found is that some foods fill you up so that you don't over eat. So I wait for hunger, then eat a small amount of oatmeal or raisin brand cereal or some beans then I fix my real meal with may consist of 1/2 sandwich, a 2 by 2 piece of dessert and a few chips and I am usually satisfied. It sounds so easy but it works.

Does Skinny Fiber Work?

  I was taking the product Skinny Fiber
 and was told that the fiber would blow up 50 times in my stomach but it really didn't fill me up as much as I though it would. I think it will work over a period of time but I am ready to lose weight now.  That's when I thought about how oatmeal makes me full and maybe it would work like this Skinny Fiber is suppose to.  I tried it and lost a few pound after a couple days. One half cup was all it took to get that satisfying appetite   I think Skinny Fiber is a good tool for those who want to lose a few pounds over a period of time, but for me I need something that will make me fuller quicker and the oatmeal looks like it may fit the bill.
